international shipping Q&A:
- international shipments are not considered as lost or missing until 60-90 days passed from the date of posting depending on a destination.
- you may contact your post office customer service center to get delivery updates and lodge a investigation with tracking #. check if your shipping address is correct. check with your family, neighbors or postal carriers if they receive the parcel for you.
- we can file an international postal investigation via japan post if you have not received your parcel after 30 business days from the post marked date. japan post will determine and give us updates of the package. this process may take 60-90 days to investigate with japan post + your post office. once it is filed on our end, you might receive a paper work to fill out and sign from your national postal carrier. it is something you have to do on your end to complete the investigation. please follow the instructions.
- in case a deliver attempt is made and you fail to receive or pick up the parcel, it is not considered missing or lost. you must contact your post office and work with your post office to arrange further.
- if tracking status says “delivered”, it is not considered missing or lost. you need to file "mail theft report" with post office.

returns are only accepted under the following terms (not for nonreturnable items):
- must contact us within 3 business days of receipt
- item must be in its “original condition” with its original packaging + envelope.
- must ship the returns back postmarked within 7 business days of receipt via “registered airmail with tracking + signature confirmation + insurance” covered by you. mark as "return goods" on customs form.
- if the parcel is returned damaged during the transit, you are responsible for the loss in value.
